All round good customer service. Had a problem with edges slivering on our engineered hardwood flooring installation, problems that didn't show up immediately as boards were installed. I expected dithering at least, if not a legal battle to get it replaced, but neither happened. Norris, the manager, and Daz, the installer, were both excellent to deal with. It took a while to get replacement product due to manufacturing shortages but once it arrived, the original product was torn out and the new installed in good time. NO cost to us, NO arguments and NO waiting for legal battles with the manufacturer to be resolved. Jordan's stood by us all the way. They're first on our list if/when we need flooring again.

He is very knowledgeable in the all aspects of the flooring industry from which products are the best and most suitable for the situation to ensuring an excellent installation. Shawn is very approachable and always has time for you even though it is obvious that he is incredibly busy. As well as Shawn, all the staff at the Nanaimo store are very pleasant and helpful. A very special thanks to Ranjit Sandhu for her assistance in helping me pick the right carpet for my home. She is very professional and gives very good advice. Also, the installation team that she sent were super. They did an incredible job, moving furniture, removing old carpet and laying new carpet through out the upstairs of my home and also the stairwells. Ranjit also recommended that I wait until June to get the 70% sale and I was grateful that she suggested it. It is nice to get a beautiful product but saved money at the same time. I would recommend Jordans and their staff to anyone. I used the Morgan Crossing outlet but in the past of have used Jordans in Langley and Richmond. I have never been disappointed. Sending my heartful thanks, again.

I can't emphasize enough the knowledge and professional approach Jordans employees have with their customers. One in particular who educated me on a product that I would have been a novice from the get go. Ron Burns of Richmond was very accommodating and not only he provided me with his experience but went above and beyond to ensure that the product I choose of that quality fits my lifestyle. I was never left in limbo and skepticism because he offered me several options. That same day he visited my place of residence and I was sold on his character. His personality definitely played a big role in this transaction. I have no hesitation on recommending Mr. Burns to anyone that is in route on their next flooring adventure.

There are deals to be had on carpet, rugs, tiles, laminate, vinyl....you name it! Their prices are unbelievably affordable and the quality of the products are fantastic. Because it's an outlet store you have the option of going to the back room to check out the remnants (leftovers from big jobs) and second runs (mistakes made at the factory). I went for a second run carpet and the only reason it was marked down so much was that there was a mistake in the colour that was originally ordered - it was supposed to be grey but it ended up cream. Because of this mistake the carpet was marked down to $1.29/foot. The carpet is quality and because i ordered it before I took possession on my condo, the measurements I gave were rough. She followed up promptly around the date I took possession and was always available for any questions I had.The carpet installer was on time, fast and he did a great job with the install. All said and done - it was $550 to carpet my bedroom - install, carpet, underlay and HST all included.

We recently had Place and Go XL Vinyl Plank and carpeting for bedrooms installed through the Burnaby location. From beginning to end the process was amazing and very professional. We dealt with Jenn Brooks who was patient, very knowledgeable and honest. We got three quotes for this project and while Jordan's quote was not the cheapest it was the best and we felt the most comfortable. The installers were very helpful, talented and honest and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend Jordan's and especially Jenn to any of my friends and family.

Our new floor looks fabulous, we love the color, and we're very happy
with the installation. The floor overall is impressive but I just
wanted to share a couple photos of my two favorite details. As there was a bit of a delay in
getting the materials I know he went above and beyond to get the job
completed in time for the movers to arrive. The stain color on the
nosings matches the floor color perfectly and exacting care was taken in
the finishing.
